What Home Means

Home isn't a place with a welcoming door, But home has love and kindness and lots more. Home isn't a place with tables and chairs, But home is family, that keeps you away from the grumpy bears. Home doesn't have a kitchen, with bags of Groceries, But home is a unforgettable place, filled with memories. Home isn't a place where furniture Is bought, But home is a place where laughter Is shared a lot Home doesn't have a bedroom With bedsheets and nightlights, But home has a future that will always Shine bright. Home doesn't have a basement Where you watch tv and play ping pong, But home is a shelter to grow and stay strong. Home doesn't have a sidewalk where people Walk their dog, but home is a place where you can stay all day long. Home doesn't have a driveway With a beautiful shiny car, But home is a place where sunshines are. Home doesn't have a garden where flowers grow from the sun, But home is a place where you can Have some fun. Home isn't a place with bricks and stone, But home makes you feel in the comfort zone. Home is love and laughter and kindness I'm thankful I have a home Because some people are homeless.
