In my Home Era

I love my family. In my living room, my family is always there when I need them. The living room is a shared space between everyone. We play board games, have family movie nights, and sometimes we just sit there and chat. I feel safe in my living room. I love lying in my big comfy bed. My room is a place where I can always go, no matter what. It's always there to make me feel safe. I’m in my room every single night. My room and bed are like a second best friend to me; they listen but don't talk back. I feel cozy in my room. I love cooking. My kitchen is probably the best place to do that. Every Thursday night I cook dinner with my Dad. My favourite thing to cook is my homemade pasta sauce, it's so good. Me and my family love cooking. It holds so many memories in my family; it is a way that we bond and spend time together. I also adore baking. I bake something different every week. I feel happy in my kitchen. I love my big backyard. In the summer I spend all of my time out there. I’m either swimming, reading, or playing games with my parents or sisters. Swimming is one of my favourite activities to do in the summer with my family. I love having friends over to cool off in the pool. My sisters are always pestering me to come into the pool, and then they don’t even look at me. I feel at peace in my backyard.
