Home Sweet Home

Home sweet home. Often this saying is taken for granted because normally people just say it as you had a long day at work and you’re just happy to be home, but I feel like it means a little bit more than that. Like what makes the home so sweet is the real question for me. I like to think that I love my home so much because my family is there and there’s so much love most of the time. But sometimes it’s a little hard for me because well I have 2 homes. My parents are divorced but that doesn’t stop me from still calling them my homes. Even though we fight a little bit inside we all still love each other, of course. Most people love their home because they get to go relax on their couch or bed, but for me when I get home, I’m wanting to hang out with my sister for a bit then my mom or dad. Me and my sister are 3 years apart. When me and her were young we hated each other but all those times people would say that we will be best friends when were older turned out to be true. Anyways, I love my homes and don’t take your time for granted because no one can promise tomorrow.
