Home is a special place where you can feel safe and happy. It’s not just a random house, but somewhere that feels warm and cozy. When you walk inside, you can take off your shoes, relax, and forget about everything outside. It’s where you can be yourself and do whatever you want, whether it’s playing games, reading a book, or just resting. There’s always something comforting about being home, like the smell of food cooking or the sound of someone calling your name to come for a nice family dinner. Every room in the house has its own little magic. The kitchen smells like yummy things being made, and the living room is perfect for watching your favorite shows or talking with family. Each part of the house is full of memories—of birthdays, a quiet family movie night on a chilly friday night, and happy times with the people around you like your family. But home isn’t always just a house. Sometimes, it’s the people around you that make it special. It’s where your family or friends are. Home can be a place or a person, and it always makes you feel like you belong. Even when you're not at home, you can feel like you’re home with the people who make you feel happy. Maybe it’s a friend’s house where you have fun playing together, or a family member’s house. Home is where you feel comfortable, and safe but feeling safe isnt just having the door locked when your home alone, but its when your around the people that you feel safe and comfortable around. It’s the place where your heart feels happy and peaceful. To me home is my house because my house is surrounded by my friends houses, and in my house I am surrounded by my family. So many memories are made in my home as well, like the time that my brother threw a pancake up onto the ceiling because hungry, and then the gooey and syrupy pancake got stuck up there. Home is where you get into silly little fights with siblings over nothing, like when they steal one of your fries at a restaurant or when they unplug your phone and you think that its the end of the world, but than you make up like two seconds later. So that is what home means to me it’s where you feel safe, and comfortable.
