Home is the place where one lives permanently, especially as a member of a family or household. Home is the place one loves most, the place one finds most joy. The place where one grows up, the place with the most memories. Different people have different homes but my home... The place I love most, the place with the most memories. Is the field, the soccer field. Now, in my legitimate home/house, it's war. 7 people crammed into 4 walls. At home I scramble for seats at supper. 6 chairs and 7 people don't add up. Home is fighting for controllers to play video games. 3 controllers and 5 kids don't add up. Home is cleaning toilets every Saturday. Home is eating out at Costco every 2 weeks. Home is counting down for Christmas since September. Home is eating giant turkeys as big as a school bus and watching a movie on thanksgiving. Home is playing cards at midnight. Home is cooking with my siblings. 20 pots and 4 chefs (including me) do add up. For me, Home is 7.
