The Meaning Of Home

Home is not just a house with four walls and a roof. Home is more than that. Home is safe, I am safe to cry or be happy and excited to do something. When you look more into the word home it is much stronger. Home is where memories are made that you will remember whether it's just something as simple as doing a puzzle with your mom or dad or maybe just helping someone cook dinner. Home to me is comfort. When I'm home after a long day, I can just sit down, relax and take a break. When I feel calm or need a break, I can lay down and pet my dogs. Everyone should have a home so they can experience the feeling of comfort, a place to express their feelings. There is a roof over my head to keep me dry from rain or snow or cool if it's summer. Those four walls on any other house have deep meaning inside with laughter and joy, maybe crying! When I'm sick, I have a place to rest and eat. This is what home means to me.
