Home vs House

House Houses are different from homes. Homes are warm but a house is cold and dark. To me a home has love and joy, in a house you are just a boy. At home people greet each other but at a house there would not be anyone to greet you. To me at home everyone is involved. At my home, my family loves my dog. She gets to roam at my home like pets should. In a house pets could be restricted because it maybe a temporary stay not something permanent. A house I find the least comforting. A house is lonely, and it only has darkness that we fear the most. At home I feel secure from the danger lurking out my door. In homes families invite people so they can reunite, that's how memories are made. That’s my meaning of home.
