Houses and Homes

Some people think that houses and homes are the same thing, but there are many differences between the two. For example, houses are a big empty area full of loneliness. When someone moves to a new house, they might feel sad or lonely because they are used to the familiar smell and look of their old home. In a home, it is usually warm and welcoming to the person entering the home. Homes are mostly full of laughter and joy, while houses may feel less welcoming. Sometimes homes are very worn out and old but are just as sturdy as a newly built house. New houses don’t have any decoration or furniture, which usually makes it boring and bland. Homes have tons of decoration made by the family who has lived there over the years. These are the differences between houses and homes.
