Homes

Do you consider your house a home? I personally think Homes are different from houses. Homes provide a feeling of comfort. A place where you come home feeling happy and excited. Houses provide a place to live. A shelter. Somewhere to stay warm. Homes are a safe place where you feel happy and loved. A house is a place with locks and walls. In a home you don’t feel scared or unsafe. In a house you can feel all of those. In a home there is laughs and joy. Family game nights and even just dinner table conversations. In a house there is furniture and electronics. If you truly love the people in your home, it doesn’t matter if you have all the new trending items. Those things can make a home better, but for home to be a home all you need is people you love. And maybe a cat or two. Fine, a cat or a dog. But the moral of the story is that a house isn’t a home without love.
