Homeland is where we beIong and the Iand where a person grows up and Iearns. It is the place that provides us with protection and opportunities to achieve dreams. Every person shouId be proud of their homeIand and preserve it. My name is Aya. I am from Syria, but I don't know much other than that it is a very beautifuI country. When I was young, I went to Lebanon because of the war in Syria and lived with my family in Lebanon for years. It was a beautiful country and I am grateful to Lebanon because it contained us during the difficult days that Syria was going through. Today I live in Canada with my family and I am happy. I love it very much. I love my school. It has become my second homeland, after Syria. I hope to achieve my dreams.
