Home

To me home is a place where you can feel comfort and happiness, a place where you can feel safe and not judged. I feel comfort and happiness because of how thoughtful and caring my family and friends are, also how welcome they make me feel. Most of the time home is defined by its physical characteristics, like walls and a roof. But what really matters is the people within those walls and how they make you feel welcome and like you belong. Every day I open that familiar red door to a swoosh of a delicious fragrance from the meal my mom is cooking with all her heart, and it nourishes my body that really makes me feel loved Home to me is also a spark of connections, like you feel that you connect with the people around you, and they make you feel happy inside. You also feel comfortable enough around them and not feel judged. For me altogether home is the feeling of comfort and luminous positivity.
