Meaning Of Home

My idea of home is… A calm, safe place to live with family. I know home for some people means evil and sadness, but I am very lucky to have a nice home. When I think of home I also think of a bunch of memories like baking with my sisters or playing games of monopoly that we never finish. I always know at home I can be myself and never change. I have so much fun swimming with friends and family. For me a home is not just a place with four walls and a roof, it's a place to make memories and where you laugh so much your face hurts. I have done cheer my whole life so my cheer gym is like a second home to me. My room is one of my favorite places in my house because it's a place I can go to decompress after a long day. I love to hang out with my family at the dinner table and in the living room because it's so fun to listen to stories my sister and my parents have and our conversations that go on and on. This is what a home truly means to me.
