Home
Home is a place that some may not know about. Home is a place of comfort and a place where you can feel safety. It’s also a place where you don’t have to worry about death. As a ten year old I can sit in my house without worrying about something like a tornado spawning right on top of my family’s house.
However, home is a place some may not like. Kids who have strict parents can feel pain at home. Sometimes people are mistreated at home. If someone does something wrong, others may think it’s okay to do that and it spreads like a virus.
I know many good reasons why you should spend some time with your family. It’s also a place filled with creativity and other good feelings. You don’t just have to sit there trying to spell the word ‘’codependency’’.
Every day me and my brother tell a story in bed because we have nothing else to do and we also have freedom, and freedom can mean home to me. I wrote this essay because I have freedom and many other positive things.
As a matter of fact, there are a lot of places where I feel at home. Some of these places are my house, my old family house, and the whitby public library. I live in my house and not only that, it is close to the school I go to. My old family house is where I go on holidays and weekends, and many of my memos have been made there. The whitby public library is where I go for game club on thursdays. I have a lot of fun there distracting myself from bad things. From anytime, anywhere, I will always know home can mean anything to me.
