My Meaning of Home
The meaning of home is more than just the building you live in. It does not matter where you live. What matters is if you are with people you love and if they accept you for who you truly are, not just for a certain skill or ability. Home is more than just a house; it is only home if you genuinely love the people that live there. If it is truly your home, you should be able to be yourself. No one should make fun of you for being who you are in your home. In your home, you should be allowed to invite your friends over. A home is more than just a place to sleep and eat, it is a place to make great memories with family and friends to remember forever.
You should have a good connection with your neighbours. You should also try to make friends with your neighbour's children. Sometimes my home is like the sun, just bright and lovely. When you walk in it is like you get hit with so many beams of light. It also sometimes feels like you are walking into to chaos, because of my siblings.
I am lucky to have a home and if you have a home, you should be grateful too, because some people do not have a home.
Thank you very much Habitat for Humanity for building homes for people in need.
