The Meaning of Home Hi, let’s talk about the meaning of my home. So, I’m going to tell you the meaning of my home. Also, everyone has a different meaning of home. So, the meaning of my home shouldn’t be the same as your meaning of your home! So, when I was young my family lived in Branden, I don’t remember much but seeing pictures of the house and the city makes me happy! But now we live in Winnipeg! So to me home is where memories are made and where family’s gather. A few memories I have are of when I was little. I used to sit in front of the closet mirror and just stare at myself. Looking back on that memory makes me ask. “Why did you do that Quinn?” I also remember when my family would just gather around the living room and watch a sports game. Like the Stanly Cup the Grey Cup or even the super bowl. So now that you know why memories make my house a home let me tell you why my kitchen does the same! So, now I’m going to tell you why my kitchen is such a big part of my home! I love my kitchen because I love the smell of my dad’s cooking. Every time I smell his food it makes me think of a memory. Also, another reason I love my kitchen is because I love to cook. One of the best memories I have are of me and my dad in the kitchen making my favorite meal. I also love baking with my mom. My favorite thing to bake with her is pretzel’s even though I sometimes get mad! In conclusion I feel like my home is very special and holds a lot of memories. I hope it’s the same for you. But like I said before everyone has a different home and different memories!
