Meaning Of Home Essay Mom’s House/Dad’s House.

When I’m at home I feel loved more than I could ever imagine. I feel safe around the people I love. Those people are my wonderful family. Home is like a safe space where I can share anything I need to, even when it is kind of awkward. In my home I hear exciting music playing on my tv. I hear laughter and my washer/dryer running downstairs in my basement. The noises in my house calm my soul and my brain. At night I taste the melatonin in my mouth and feel my body soften into my comfy soft bed. At night I feel the smooth bristles on my toothbrush and the minty tasting toothpaste. When I am about to go to bed I feel my smooth moisturizing cream gliding on my skin. In my room I smell perfume that reminds me of lavender and roses. I smell essential oils in the foot tub that we use in the day. I hear my mom, dad, and siblings delightful voices and their special personalities cheer me up. I could never imagine how devastated I would be if I didn't have my mom when I woke up in the morning. In my room I see my mood lights that change many colours. I also see my dresser filled with pants, shirts and all of my clothes. When I go into my stuffed basement I see the toy room. It has our very comfy bean bag and our air hockey table with the pieces. I see our setup where me and my siblings play mini sticks. I see our hockey bags with our equipment scattered around the room and our treadmill. There is also my brother's nerf chest filled with darts and nerf guns.
