How I turned my House into a Home

Many people believe that a house is the same as a home but they would be wrong. In my home I make memories with my family, home is where I can feel safe, home is where I can be myself. Making memories with my family is playing board games like Trouble and Uno. Helping my little brother get ready for school, and eating food like burgers or meatballs around the table. Home is where I can feel safe. I feel safe because when I lock my doors I know I’m safe from anyone or anything coming in. I feel safe in my home because I’m with my family and pets. I feel safe in my home from the hot and cold weather. Home is where I can be myself. I can be myself by having fun without being judged. I can be myself by yelling and express myself how I want.
