The Meaning of Home: A Poem

A house is made of bricks and cement, but a home is made of joy and content. A house is gives you shelter, But a home gives you lots of laughter. A house is filled with necessities, But a home is filled with memories. A house has a roof above, But a home has endless love. A house may have furniture, But a home has friends and family. In a house you say “here is the” but, In a home you say, “here is my.” Between a house and a home, a house is always there for you when you are alone.
