What’s Home Mean to Me

A house and a home are different in many ways. A house is a physical structure. A place to live and store your belongings. But a home is so much more. It is where you connect with family and friends and enjoy traditions and gatherings and make memories that last a lifetime. A home is a place where you feel safe, loved, and accepted. It is where victories and milestones are celebrated, and losses and pains are shared. A home is where you can truly be yourself and feel supported. A safe sanctuary where no matter how old you get you will always continue to cherish. While a house provides shelter, it is a home that offers warmth, connection, and a sense of belonging. It is the family and friends and the moments we share that transform a simple structure into a place we love. A home is where our hearts truly are.
