One Million Reasons

I am going to tell you how much I love my home. I have a million reasons why I love my home! Here are the most important ones to me: my family, memories and my pets. First, I'm going to tell you about my family. My family makes me delicious food and they help me when I need help like with homework. They respect me by listening to me. They give me a hug if I want a hug. I feel like every family deserves a home to enjoy! Secondly, as soon as I walk in the house my pets come to see me. They are always so happy that I'm home. Also, I love the feeling of when my dog Winnie rubs against me. Her fur is so soft! If you have a home it is a good place for a pet because most likely you will have a yard for your pet to play in. Finally, I have so many memories in my home. I have made memories from when I was really little to now. I have made memories with my dad like when l was little he played soccer in the backyard with me, it was so fun. I have made memories with my mom, like when we cook yummy snacks. I have also made memories with my little sister Gia like when I was five and Gia was three we woke up on Easter morning and Gia's hair was a mess! It was so funny. I feel like everyone deserves a home to make memories in. Those were some of my favourite reasons why I love my home. I would not want a home without family to make memories and pets to always love you. That's why I feel like Habitat for Humanity is an amazing organization to support and I feel like everyone deserves a home. Greta Scanlon
