What does home mean to me?

What does home mean to me? Home is not just four walls and a roof. It is a place that you make happy memories and gives you a warm fuzzy feeling. When I get home from school, I can see my playful and excited dog coming towards me. Home is a place that you can always find scrumptious food on the table and a family. A house doesn’t always feel that way, it can be super lonely. Home is where family is. It can be anywhere, in a tent or a mansion, if family is there. A house can be broken because it is just brick and wood, but a home is a feeling where your family is. Home is where you can feel loved with warm hugs before bed. A house is temporary, it could be destroyed at anytime, but your home is always there. As you can see a home is not four walls and a roof, home is a happy feeling. By: Grayden
