Home is my mom

My mom’s face glows, Which makes my heart grow. My mom’s face is bright, It fills my world with light. Whenever my mom makes me food, It always puts me in a good mood. My mom’s hugs feel like a cozy blanket, So warm and safe, I can’t help but thank it. Whenever I see my mom’s face, I feel happiness in every place. I would travel a thousand miles, Just to see my mom’s smile. Her love is my home, where I belong, It keeps me safe, it keeps me strong. But I know some don’t have this space, A loving hug, a smiling face. Everyone deserves to feel this way— Safe, loved, and cared for every day. A home is more than just a place, It’s warmth and love, like my mom’s embrace.
