What Home Means To Me
By C.L. Grade: 5 School: Harrison
This is what home means to me.
Home is a place where I see my family and friends. Home holds my memories and love. Home is a shelter and it is comfortable to me. My family and I sleep there and have fun. Home is my habitat and my shelter of fun. Home is a building I will never forget. Home is safe and stable. Nothing can destroy my home. I can hear laughter and happiness in my home. Home gives me freedom and a relaxing mind. Home is peaceful, magical and cozy. Home is joyful and festive.
This place is where I draw, color and play. Home is special to my and my family. When I go home I see a magical place. Home gives me a roof on my head so rain and snow doesn't touch me. Home has everything I need. I don't need to ask for paper when I draw because my home already has it. I don't need to ask for water when I am thirsty because my home has it. I don't need to ask for anything because my home has it. This is what home means to me. I love my home, do you?
