A House vs A Home

A house stands tall with walls and a roof, windows that sparkle, floors that are smooth. It’s built with bricks, with wood and nails, a place to shelter from storms and gales. But a house alone, as some might say, is just a building where people stay. What makes it special, what makes it glow, are the feelings shared and the love we show. A home is where our hearts reside, filled with laughter and arms open wide. It’s where we giggle, it’s where we play, where we feel safe at the end of the day. In a home, memories are made, like baking cookies or lemonade. Stories read by a cozy light, hugs and kisses to say goodnight. So remember, a house can be grand, but it’s the love that makes it stand. A house is built with bricks and foam, but it takes a family to make it a home. In hands that build and hearts that care, you give us hope beyond compare. With every brick and beam you place, you craft a future, strong and safe. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity، for all you’ve done creating homes where lives are won.
