My Home Has My Heart

My home is filled with laughter and love, My home feels peaceful, like a dove. It keeps me safe, warm, and secure, When I worry, it’s there to reassure. My home is with my Dad and Mom, My home is a space where I feel calm. This place holds precious memories, It often smells like warm cookies. My home is not just bricks and wood, My home is part of my childhood. Each and every room inside, Gives me a special place to reside. I wish that everyone could feel this way, And have their own home in which to stay.
