Meaning of home

A house is not a home because a home to me is somewhere I live and stay. A house is something I see and don't stay in. But a friend's house is a home to them but not to you. A home may have new and old things, a house might too but it's not the same. A home has a mom,dad, sister or brother. A house is mostly empty. A home has a roof and doors and certain rooms. A house does too but it don’t have things you own. A house has color and love but a house is plain and empty. A home has things you love but a house is new to you. A home is clean and shiny. But a house is dirty and tidy. A home smells good but who knows what a house smells like? A home has a scent that you're used to but a house has a different smell.You might be used to the scent or your laundry at your home but a house has a scent you don't know yet.
