A Home is More Than Four Walls
A house is a building, a structure, a piece of land. but a home is, happiness, joy, love, and a family. A house can be lonely, sad, and quiet, but a home is safe, loving, and caring. A house has furniture, big and small, but home is homemade cookies baked by you and your family. A house can be grand or petit, but home, no matter what, is filled with laughter and joy. You can take away a house, give it to another person, but a home is from the heart, and you can’t take that away. A home can be made by joy, love, and family, feeling safe, being loved, and so much more. A house has just four walls and a roof, some furniture and pictures too. But a home is memories, big and small, that stay with you wherever you are, and whatever happens, sad or glad, you will be loved and cared for, no matter what. That is why home is a feeling, so important, so safe, and you can't take that away. A home can also be your friends, or someone you trust. It's someone that will keep your secrets, no matter what, and share things, comfort you, and be happy. That is why I thank Habitat for Humanity, for being so gracious, by building homes for people less fortunate. Thank Habitat for Humanity.
