My Home

A house is just a boring foundation with four walls and a roof. But a home is so much more. A home is a place where people love and adore you. A home is a nice place where I feel nice and warm. I also feel very protected. I have a nice bed to sleep in at night and lots of food to eat. My home is extra special to my family because I have a nan that lives in the basement of my home. In my home we have two pets, my dog named Chole who is 17 years old and my bearded dragon Ryu who is 3 years old. My home is also a place where I can watch some of my favorite movies and play some of my favorite games with my family. My home is where we can have lots of fun, with family and friends like when we go sledding and have snowball fights in the winter. My home is where we can go swimming in my pool that is in my backyard and we can play marco polo and we can have water gun fights with some of my cousins, friends and family in the summer time. Sometimes we like to hangout on my backstep on a hot summer day and we like to have some delicious watermelon and ice cold drinks. Also we like to have barbeque on my backstep on a beautiful summer evening with my family. And also I like to roast some delicious marshmallows and hot dogs on my backstep with my family. These are the things that make my house a HOME!
