Meaning of Home

My home is special. My family and I have lots of fun together. We play board games and we go to fun places. A house is not just a house where your family tries their best to make everyone happy and safe. It’s not where people just give you food. It's a place of happy memories and full of love and warmth. All the fun we do is mostly just play games like board games like Clue and chess snakes and ladders and Mario kart and i always win in Mario kart and we play Minecraft. My family and I go to mini golf and go bowling. My sister and I go in the backyard sometimes and make snowmen and snow angels and try to jump on the trampoline with snow on it. I feel safe when I am at home because my baby blue walls that I picked out. I sit near the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa. The fire smells like the woods and it sounds like something popping one at a time. The fireplace makes me feel safe and warm and makes me calm and my mom makes me feel safe when she gives me hugs and kisses. All the food that my mom cooks tastes like heaven and it makes my belly full. My favorite dishes are pasta, chicken noodle soup, taco salad, and noodle casserole. If I want to have one of them, I could ask for pasta and my mom will say yes because it's her favorite too!. Also my Dad makes delicious food too but my Mom dishes are better than his cooking.
