What a home means to me

Homes are small, homes are big. Houses are not the same thing. Homes are memories, love and care. Houses are those big things standing there. Home is where you took your first steps and learned your first word. A home is where you learn to love and take turns. A home is full of rainbows and smiles. A house might look nice but when you go in, you won't feel the same feelings. A house may have cool cars, cool yards, but your home has your car and your yard and your family. A home has your stuff, your place to call home. Your home may be messy but you made that mess with toys and joy! A house may be clean and pristine but no joy or toys made a mess so it's not homey. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for providing homes for people who need it.
