What a home means to me

My home, where I feel safe and loved, cozy and comfortable, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Home is where my family is. Wherever my family is, wherever I feel safe and loved that's home. A house may have a foundation but a home has a foundation of love. In a home not all the time you feel happy or delighted, sometimes you feel mad or sad and that’s ok. Home doesn’t have to be perfect. A home is a place you love. In my home I feel a lot of things like emotions and feelings, such as comfort, warmth and being safe, love, cozy or even mad or sad. Being comfortable, safe and loved usually comes from when I am in my room and when I am relaxed. When I feel warm and relaxed is when I am with my family and having fun. When I feel mad or sad is when I am upset, but at the end of the day all of these emotions matter and are important. That is what a home means to me. Thank you Habitat for humanity for helping, I think it is important to have a home and to experience all of the feelings one gives.
