Home
Home to me is a safe place where I can be myself. My home could be expensive and luxurious but a normal house is enough for me. My home isn’t just a house, my home country (Philippines) is also home to me. Whenever I wake up in the morning I smell my food. My uncle makes me and my sister’s breakfast nice and warm. It would usually be chicken, bacon or hard boiled eggs. When I come home from school the greetings from my family always make me feel at home. Most of my memories come from my home. When I get invited to a friend’s house the smells, greetings and safety make it like home. Home to me doesn’t need to be a house, it can be a place where I feel safe, loved and happy.
