A house is not a home, and a home is not a house

Do you ever wonder about the difference between a home and a house? Well… a house is a lonely building, while a home is a place to live, laugh, and love. This is a BIG difference! A home can be more than just a place; it is also family. A house can be somewhere you live temporarily. A home is never truly gone, even when you move away. A house can be a palace, but a home is a wonderful place. A house is not a home, and a home is not just a house. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for letting me and other kids participate in this contest. I hope whoever wins makes a difference.
