Home is a Place You Belong

Home is a place you belong in A home isn't just four walls and a roof. It’s a place you can make memories in and a spot to call home. A place to feel safe, place you know that laughter and joy is waiting for you. A place where you find the joy of coming home to your family. A home is something that can change in a lifetime but the memories never change. Some people think a house is the same thing as a home. A house has just four walls and a roof, a bathroom and maybe even a dining room. A house is missing the laughter and togetherness, the memories and the past, the walls feel empty. A home is a place you should feel like you belong in. A place where every girl and boy can get along. A place where you can make memories with your family. A home is not just a place to me, a home is time with your family. A place to eat with your family, to play games, and share the love within our hearts. In my home I feel comfort and happiness and the love of my family which surrounds me like a tight hug. If I lived in a house, empty and alone, i'd be sad, anxious and missing the comfort of my family. A house can be turned into a home, but a home can turn into a house. Love can be added not taken away. It's not the building but the people in it. A home can never change but a house can change entirely. The end Thank you for reading my meaning of home By Charlotte
