What Home Means to Me

I love home because it is a place where you can have lots of fun and spend time with your family. Home is a place where you can feel any emotion and you know you're safe. At home I like to snuggle with my dogs and watch movies with my mom, dad, and my sister. Home is peaceful and calm. I think everyone should have a cozy home and a loving family. Another reason I love home is because it protects you from the weather, if there is a storm outside you won’t get wet and cold. Home is a place where you feel loved and play fun games with your loved ones. A house is only a home if there is love. Sometimes the only place you want to be in is home. Even if your mad or sad home will always be home. I also like home because I get to play ball hockey with my dad in the gym. I also love when my grandparents come to my house because they always bring me treats. At home I like to play with my toys. I also love cooking with my mom. There's no place like home. You should be grateful to have a home. Lots of people in Canada are homeless. That means they have no shelter and it may be harder to find food or water. I can't imagine not having a home. It would be scary and you would get cold and wet in winter. In conclusion it is a blessing to have a home and a family to live with.
