Home Is A Place....

Home is a place where feelings abide. Home is a place where there’s love and joy. Once or twice you may have cried, But in the end, someone is always there to make you smile. Home is where to be with family when feeling bored and weak. Home is a place where you have fun and enjoy. So make something together that might look great, but still might need a little tweak. Home is where you bake with family and eat sweet treats. Home is a place where you can remind yourself that you’re safe and to not be afraid. At home you can remember that if you’re hurt, There will always be someone at your aid. Some of us have come from different parts of the world. So when we came to this new country, our heads probably swirled. But in this land of dreams, our new lives unfurled. It doesn’t matter where you’re from, As long as you know that you're special from wherever you have come. Some people think a house is a home but there’s a big difference. A house has four walls, shiny and neat. But a home has love, joy, care and a happy, beating heart. And in every room, love plays its part. So my friends, let’s be glad that we have a home, But we should still try and help those that aren’t as fortunate as us. ‘Cause everyone deserves a home.
