Home is Peace
Home is a place to learn to walk, to speak and to love.
With love and care, a house can be a home, with no fancy furniture but a loving place to grow. A home can be different. It can be a car, an ocean or a building. Even if a home is a mess, it can still be a place to sleep, eat and especially, love.
If you ever leave a home, the memories will still grow and flow, because a home is a home, no matter where you go. Home is unconditional love with endless hugs and kisses. My home is loving, unjudging, caring, safe, peaceful and kind. My home used to be a house when we first moved in; it was just a nice box with a yard and pond. My home is a story with ups and downs, twists and turns, but continuously filled with laughter, joy and so much LOVE. My home is me walking through the door and seeing my dog waiting for me. Home to me is the memory of my family’s laughter while eating at the dinner table. Home is bonding with new friends, playing and them saying, “Can we play at your home?”. A house can be warm with a fireplace and chimney, but a home is warm with the hugs and kisses of your family.
