Home Sweet Home

Home can be big, Home can be small, Home can be wide, Home can be tall. But home will always be the same, wherever you are. Home used to just be a place to sleep, but now, it’s a place to relax, a place to play, a place to hang out, and a place to stay. Home holds memories good and bad, happy and sad, joyful and glad. To some, home can be the trees, the plants, and the bees. To others it can be the cars, parking lots, and the breeze. Sometimes, life can be a slope, with happiness, anger, and sadness all rolling down. But at the end of the day, hope is waiting for you at the doorstep of your home. After a hard day's work, you may want to sit down with a groan. But when you look around, you see the house of your own. The loving photos of memories on the wall, the spot where you first learned how to crawl. Then you might realize, we have to appreciate our own home. Others might not get to feel the joy of putting your legs up on the couch after a long day of work. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for building homes for others, who want to feel the same welcoming comfort and warmth of coming home.
