What Home Means To Me
Home is a safe place where you are loved and feel loved. Home is a place for jumping on a warm, comfortable bed after a long day. The first thing one of my family members tries to do when I walk in the house is they give me a hug. I have a nice and loving family that keeps me safe and understands me when I am feeling miserable or furious. I have a Bible verse on one wall in my living room and it talks about how Jesus lives in our house, but it makes me sad that not everyone has a safe house. People don't have a house to call home and Habitat For Humanity is trying to stop homelessness. I have a brother to play games with, and he makes me feel warm inside. I can't wait for a nice home cooked dinner that is waiting for me when I get home. I’m thankful for my family that cares for me, my pet fish that I get to feed every day and that I get to see them swim around their tank. These are just a few things about what home means to me.
