A House vs. A Home
A house is a building with a roof. You can have a house but not a home. When people talk about homes you would think of your room, your parents and maybe even pets. That is what home means to some people. Other people think of home as a place they get a bed to sleep in, food to eat and water to drink. But not everybody has that. Some people don’t have homes. They might just have a bed to sleep in and no food or water. They might not feel safe in their house, but in a home you do feel safe. So a house is not a home, they are two different things. A home where you can express your feelings, but in a house might not feel safe doing it. Those are my reasons for why a house is not a home.
