A home is a home and a house is a house. A house is just a roof over your head that's important too but the thing that is most important is the family that is right with you. Your home is a place where you can let things off your shoulders or go to your mom and dad when you need help. Take it from me. I am moving soon and I thought that everything would change but then I remembered my family will still be there with the joy and laughter. Nothing would ever change. My home is a home and my house is a house. A house is a place that not everyone owns but a thing that everyone deserves. A home is a place where you can get things off your mind and not focus on time. A home is a place full of amazing smells that you only get when you're home. My home is full of family traditions like Sunday night dinners when I cook with my mom. When I take my Christmas picture it's with me and my mom. When I step onto the lawn of that yellow brick house I feel something special that I only feel once a year. A house is where my friends come to play but a home is where I go to tell my friends secrets that I know will stay. A home is where my sister and I play in the backyard, go to the park, or do shadow puppets in the dark. A home is where I go and smell a homemade meal. The smell is all up in the air now that it is home to me. Home doesn't come in a box, bag or a store. Home means so much more!
