What Does Home Mean to You?
Home can mean many things for other people. For some, it’s where you drink hot chocolate under a cozy blanket. For others it’s where you read a book for hours in bed. However, one thing is the same for all people’s homes: it’s where you can trust others, where you have people to help pull you out of tough situations, and most importantly, where you can stay to relax and not worry about other things.
Many people don’t have a home. They’re struggling to feed themselves and their family. We need to build more homes, homes that are small but still big enough, cheap enough for the poor and homeless, but still enough for the government to pay for the building of more homes.
Some people have many homes. They can have homes in China, Canada, Australia, India, and many other countries. Some of those people have them all for themselves, which is fine, but some people let other people rent their other homes for others. Even with that, we have a problem. More and more people are going homeless over the past years. We need to hire more construction workers now. Prices need to go down. Houses need to be built. Many people can’t even celebrate Christmas, Kwanzaa, or other holidays. You want to know why? They don’t have a home. Prices are too high. For these reasons, We need to hire more construction workers to make more cheap, affordable homes.
I want to thank Habitat For Humanity for doing their best to help the homeless by making affordable homes for the homeless. This document is only $10 for Habitat For Humanity, but with all of the other documents it will be a lot. Thank you.
