A House and a Home

Sometimes you call a house a home, but really, they’re much different from each other. A house may have walls to protect you from bad weather, but a home is where it’s protecting you. I live at an apartment with a high school sister and a single mom. We were poor, and we had to ask our dad for some specific expensive things. But I don’t need anything, I at least have a loving mom, nothing more. I feel myself at home. Where I had many friends so I could keep myself safe and calm. I even have online friends. Sometimes life really is fair, but about school, it was kind of ruining my mental health, but I had friends there to make me happy. And that is home. A house is not a home really, a home is where we are standing on right now. Here, where we are. This is the participation of the meaning of home 2025. Hope this is good enough for it. Goodbye!
