A house is filled with furniture, left just enough room for space, But a home is where you can feel comfortable in a loved one’s embrace. A house may be made of bricks and stone, But a home is some place where you can really feel known. A house protects you from rain and thunder, But a home has memories of love, arguments and wonder. Houses may have windows to see, But a home is where you’re truly meant to be. Houses are built on lots, But a home is where I can feel safe sharing my thoughts. A house can be modern, old fashioned or even antique, But a home is some place truly unique. Houses may have doors or sometimes a chimney, But a home is where you’ll feel love, or even rivalry.
