Home is a Place Where I can be Me
Home is a safe place where I feel happy and free. Home is a place where I can be me. Home is a place of acceptance and warmth where my parents and family are. Home is a place where I can be me. Home can feel good or bad like your mom or dad can be nice, kind, and caring, or it can be cold, dark, and lonely. Home is a place where I can be me. Home is a place where you can have memories good or bad like you can have a memory jumping through a field or it can be like if you got in a fight with your parents. Home is a place where I can be me. Home is a place where you can have pets that mean the world to you. Home is a place where I can be me. Home is a place where I can feel warm. Home is a place where I can be me. Home can be a place you like to go.
A house is somewhere you can stay. A house is a place with walls and a roof. A house is a place with food like pizza or milk. A house is a place with walls and a roof. A house is a place with furniture like a couch or a bed. A house is a place with walls and a roof. A house is a place where I live. A house is a place with walls and a roof. A house can feel secure. A house is a place with walls and a roof. A house is a place where you can sleep, cook, and watch T.V. A house is a place with walls and a roof. A house is a place where you can have guests over to have fun or eat. A house is a place with walls and a roof.
That is what home means to me.
Thank you Habitat for Humanity for helping build houses so people can make a home.
