What I truly believe is a home
Home is where the heart is
Nobody should be out in the cold,
when they should be cozy and warm,
I have sympathy for those out in a storm,
everybody should have a place to call home.
Everybody should be able to pay for care,
whether it’s an injury or down to a single strand of hair,
there should be happiness everywhere.
For all the people who have nothing but a drought,
it takes us people nothing but a single thought,
to turn their life around,
put a smile on their face instead of a frown.
Think of all the nice things we have,
and the people who don’t,
think about they feel it’s sad isn’t it,
it must hurt like a knife to the throat.
Some people only have tents,
but they don’t like to confess,
that they need are help to reach success,
but for some it’s a stress.
I am writing to defend,
those people in need of a house and friend,
they strive to be safe and dry,
if they can be safe it’s like watching their family reunite.
