My House Isn't Just A House

My house isn't just a house. My house is filled with my family who I love bring me joy. My favourite place in my house is my kitchen. I like talking with my family. We laugh and share ideas. I love going downstairs and smelling my dad’s delicious food, which makes me so hungry. I also love my sister. I have so many good memories of me and her. We sit at her desk to draw together. I love talking to her about my day. When I get home I feel a blast of warmth and smell my dad’s fish cooking. I love my room, laying in my bed, feeling cozy and warm, and reading my favourite book. It makes me feel less stressed and happy. And I love playing in my backyard. I love playing with my dogs and planting new flowers. And playing with snow and making snowmen. But what I love the most is my family. I'm grateful to have a home and my family.
