If Home Were the Five Senses

If home were a smell it would be the nice earthy Smell after a rainfall. If home were a smell it would be of the great smell of fresh cut grass on a hot summer day. If my home were a sight it would be the sight of my pet fish swimming around in their tank. If home were a sight it would be of my cozy comfortable bed with all of my stuffies perched right on top squished together with their fluffy fur and little eyes that stare at me as I enter the room happily. If home were a feeling it would be the relief of coming home after a long tiring day. If home were a feeling it would be coming home after a week long vacation to Mexico with the sun out and driving calmly down the highway with music playing. If home were a sound it would be the loud TV my family members watching in their room and the living room. If home were a sound it would be the loud noise of my older sister's bed creaking above my room. If home were a taste it would be the yummy tender chicken nuggets, fries plus a cherry coke from any food place. If home were a taste it would be the delicious taste of cheesy and savoury grilled cheese hot from the grill oozing out with yummy deliciousness. Home isn't just a house on a hill or mountain. It's a place where you can feel happy, safe, loved and so much more. it isn't just a house or a roof over one's head it's more, it's where your family and your loved ones are and where you can be yourself and I love my Home I hope you do too.
