Home and All it Means

Homes means a lot to me. Home sounds like the floorboards creaking or the footsteps from upstairs. Home sounds like jokes only my parents and I understand. Home sounds like my grandparents talking or my grandpa singing. Home sounds like the TV when my parents and I watch a movie or just the TV playing in the background. Home feels like the new pajamas I get every Christmas or the warmth of my favorite blanket. Homes like the fan on a hot day or Ice cream to cool me down. Home sounds like the gas pipe that never stops being loud. Homes are like tears when my grandparents go on vacation or sadness when my parents and I go on vacation and leave my grandparents behind. Home tastes like the warm gooey brownies my mom and I make. Home Smells like the dust from behind my bed or the fish water when my dad and I change it. Home feels happy, sad or mad. Home means the love and comfort of my parents tight warm hugs and kisses. Home looks like the light in the washroom that never stops flickering. Home looks like my desk full of junk or the wall with a bunch of drawings. Home tastes like the delicious hot chocolate my mom makes on a cold day. Home is the joy when my grandparents come from vacation. Home feels like the cozy sheets on my bed or my favorite blanket I sleep with. Home looks like the fish fighting over food of the cat that always walks outside our yard. Home is a lot of things, home is home and NO one can change that!
