Home

HOME Home is a structure made of concrete and bricks, but the inside is different. There is a kitchen, living room, basement, and bathroom. In the kitchen there are knives sharp as swords. A fridge loaded with sauce and fruit. A stove burning hot and mighty. A microwave just chills and shows time. A pantry loaded with appliances, another pantry full of stale crackers and chips. The living room has a TV screaming at you with errors with a no longer working tv remote. The couch just sitting there and mom watching TV. The bathroom with heated floor tiles smelling of your feet. The shower pouring water on you, the steam rising from the ground. All the shampoo and body wash. The Mom's section and dad's section are both loaded with cologne, razors, and deodorant. In the basement there are old computers and junk. Underground hideout underneath a house. That's what home feels means to me
